Originally from the UK, Carly chose to settle in Sydney and start her recruitment career in 2016 after a year of backpacking the globe.

Carly was offered the chance to recruit Registered Nurses and Midwives for regional and remote locations in Australia and has not looked back since. Her main goal is to ensure nurses get to their contracts unharmed and remain safe and sound whilst working.

With a genuine passion for nursing recruitment, she thoroughly enjoys speaking to people and wants to continue ensuring remote communities have access to the healthcare that they deserve.

When Carly is not working you will find her eating… Usually tacos or chicken wings; Travelling, boxing and being a puppy Mama to her Miniature Schnauzer called Rhubarb.
