Edward is originally from Essex, England and came to Australia in 2001. Starting his recruitment career in 2005 he has worked across a range of industries such as engineering, mining and now healthcare.

After a bit of resistance at the start, he now really enjoys the constant changes in recruitment and looking to stay ahead of the game! Edward has enjoyed building the E4 brand and is looking forward to the future growth of the company.

In the office, Edward has always dedicated a lot of his time trying to wind up and get a reaction from co-director Josh Hill. However, has become disappointed that it doesn’t work as well as it used to! In his spare time Edward enjoys playing soccer (Football!) and is a keen Arsenal fan.
