Rachel started her career in L&D back in 2011 and has spent the past 13 years working within the recruitment industry.

She discovered a passion for coaching and supporting people throughout their careers and helping them balance their professional and personal lives. She loves the personal side of recruitment, helping people build relationships with customers and focus on self-awareness and continuous growth.

Outside of work she is currently completing a counselling degree. She has four young kids and a little dog Max who keep her busy and active on weekends, at the beach or parks! Also loves yoga and meditation in her down time.
