We're currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse to join a warm and supportive team in Bendigo. This is a permanent part-time role (2–4 days/week) with a trusted organisation that offers genuine career growth, great employee benefits, and a meaningful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical standards
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, monitoring changes in health and wellbeing
  • Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and care provided
  • Coordinate and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure best practice
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding care needs and updates
  • Maintain compliance with aged care regulations, quality standards, and infection control procedures
  • Support end-of-life care with compassion and dignity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes within the facility
  • Participate in resident care reviews, handovers, and case conferences
  • Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Key Requirements / Skills:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
  • Minimum 5 years Aged Care RN experience in Australia (required)
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with respect for resident dignity
