The Role
This is a pure new business
role, reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer (who actually gets
sales and will be in your corner).
Your mission:
- Win new clients and land us on more preferred panels
- Sell both perm recruitment and temp/contract staffing solutions
- Build long-term partnerships with aged care and healthcare providers
- Feed insights back to help us improve, grow, and stay ahead
💸 You’ll earn a base of $90k–$120k + super, with uncapped bonuses for new client wins. Your success drives our growth - and your earning potential reflects that.
