Care Manager – Large Residential Aged Care Home | Near NSW/QLD Border
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager
to join a large, well-established private aged care provider at a beautiful nursing home just 15 minutes from the NSW/QLD border. This is a fantastic second-in-charge role with clinical oversight responsibilities supporting the Facility Manager.
Key Information
- Salary package: $130,000 - $140,000, negotiable for the right candidate
- Large facility with 150+ beds and extensive amenities designed for resident comfort and wellbeing
- Lead and oversee the clinical team and the delivery of exceptional resident care
- Support Facility Manager with budget, funding, and operational matters
- Team structure: Facility Manager > 2 Care Managers > Care Team + Quality & Education, Roster Clerk, and Client Liaison Officer
- 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage on site
- Opportunity to work with a reputable and private provider committed to clinical excellence
Skills and Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience as a Care Manager or in a similar senior role within aged care
- Strong leadership and management skills; proven clinical expertise and ability to lead a large team
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage a busy, complex facility
- Passionate about providing outstanding person-centred care and making a real difference
