An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and compassionate Care Manager
to step into a key leadership position at a well-regarded aged care facility in regional Victoria. Join a values-driven organisation

- Lead the clinical operations of a large, well-established residential aged care home.
- Work within a supportive leadership structure, alongside an experienced Facility Manager and dedicated teams in Quality, HR, WHS, and Care.

- Attractive salary package on offer: $135,000 – $145,000 + Super and Salary packaging.
As Care Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a passionate team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Carers to deliver consistently high standards of care. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive, respectful team culture, ensuring clinical compliance, and championing resident dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

- Focus on creating supportive, inclusive environments for their healthcare teams
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the clinical and care teams.
- Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and health professionals to create and review individual care plans.
- Monitor clinical risk, conduct audits, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead accreditation preparation and manage responses to incidents, feedback, and complaints.
- Oversee medication administration, infection control, and clinical documentation standards.
- Manage staffing levels, onboarding, training, and rostering to support efficient operations.
- Promote cultural safety, inclusion, and respect for diversity across the home.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential).
- Proven experience in a Care Manager or senior clinical leadership role within residential aged care.
- Strong working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
- Skilled in clinical assessment, care planning, documentation, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on people development and change management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using electronic care systems and documentation platforms.
- Competitive salary package: $135,000 – $145,000 + Super + Salary Packaging.
