Manager
for their facility in Toowoomba, QLD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience to step into a role where you’ll feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.
The Role As Clinical Care
Manager, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and a team of passionate professionals to oversee the delivery of person-centred clinical care. Your leadership will ensure compliance, quality outcomes, and a supportive culture for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Manage AN-ACC assessments, care planning, and case conferencing
- Drive continuous improvement and clinical governance standards
- Collaborate with families, allied health providers, and medical professionals
- Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with legislative standards
- Respond to clinical incidents, complaints, and risk reviews
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience managing care in aged care or acute environments
- Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Postgraduate qualifications in aged care (highly regarded)
- Proven leadership and people management abilities
- Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation and compliance requirements
