Clinical Manager - Relocation Opportunity

• This is an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to relocate to regional Victoria with relocation and temporary accommodation assistance available for the right candidate.
• Oversee the clinical operations of a small-medium sized aged care home in regional Victoria with a well-regarded provider dedicated to delivering exceptional quality care to residents.

• Attractive salary package of $120,000 – $135,000 + Superannuation & Salary Packaging.

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff to foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create and implement individualised care plans.
• Manage staffing, resources, and budgets efficiently to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold high standards of care.
• Address concerns from residents, families, or staff with professionalism and empathy.

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration ( Essential).
• Previous experience in a senior clinical role such as Clinical Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator within aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
• Sound understanding of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing improvement.
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential).
