The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Educator to join a highly regarded, values-driven aged care provider. In this newly created role, you will be instrumental in shaping clinical education and driving quality care outcomes across multiple residential homes in Melbourne.

Your Role
You’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training programs, supporting new and existing staff to maintain high standards of care, and promoting a strong clinical governance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate ongoing education for nursing and care staff
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to build team capability
  • Lead orientation and induction processes to ensure clinical competency
  • Manage the Online Learning Platform and review content as needed
  • Align clinical practice with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation frameworks
  • Support continuous improvement through data monitoring and quality projects
  • Collaborate with Home Managers, Clinical Coordinators and executive leadership
  • Participate in clinical governance and education sub-committees
About You:
  • AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in aged care or similar clinical environment
  • Background in clinical education, mentoring or leadership
  • In-depth understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Ability to adapt educational strategies to meet diverse staff needs
  • Current National Police Check and valid Driver’s Licence
