Clinical Manager - Aged Care | North Brisbane, QLD

Are you an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager seeking your next challenge in aged care? We are currently recruiting for a dynamic leader to join a medium-sized residential aged care facility located in North Brisbane.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead clinical operations within a supportive and growing aged care organisation. You will work closely with the Facility Manager and clinical team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care in a person-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee daily clinical care operations
• Coordinate rosters and lead the clinical, care workers and allied health partners
• Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff
• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, standards, and policies
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident care
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and allied health professionals
• Report into the 

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in a senior clinical role within aged care
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care regulations
• Effective leadership and communication skills
