Clinical Care Manager
- Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator or Clinical Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

- Attractive remuneration on offer: $120,000 – $130,000 + Super, with wage increases aligned to sector standards.
Oversee all clinical care functions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents. You’ll guide and mentor the clinical team, support their development, and coordinate care planning while maintaining compliance with industry standards - all with a focus on delivering exceptional quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting professional growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to maintain quality care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine assessments and audits to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Respond to and resolve concerns or complaints from residents, families, or staff with empathy and professionalism.
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or similar senior clinical role within aged care.
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
- Sound knowledge of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential)
