Clinical Nurse – Aged Care | Full-Time | Coastal QLD

We’re partnering with a well-regarded aged care provider in the Bundaberg region to find a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join their team full-time. This is a rare leadership opportunity in a purpose-built, family-owned residential aged care home where care, culture, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.

This role is perfect for a senior Registered Nurse who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, mentoring a clinical team while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality, resident-first care. If you have experience as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Care Coordinator as well, that would be great!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a dedicated team of care staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Mentor and guide junior nurses and carers, encouraging continuous learning and development
• Act as a clinical resource and support to staff, residents, families, and external healthcare providers
• Oversee clinical documentation, compliance, and adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager on recruitment, onboarding, and service improvements

• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a minimum 3 years’ experience in aged care
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation and quality frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Autumn Care (advantageous)
• Willingness to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical

• Competitive hourly rate - around $50 / Hr
