Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse looking for a leadership opportunity in aged care?
We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse
to join a supportive and values-driven team in the Bundaberg area. This is a permanent part-time position, weekends only, with a leading provider that genuinely values its staff and residents.
- Permanent part-time role on weekends only
- Competitive rates: Saturday $84-86/hr & Sunday $98-100/hr + Super (hourly rate based on experience)

- Dedicated to supporting professional growth, leadership development, and clinical excellence
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, including managing complex needs, wound care, dementia, and palliative care
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to nurses and care staff
- Conduct assessments, develop and review individualised care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred care
- Champion continuous improvement, risk management, and a safe, respectful workplace culture
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably in aged care
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident- and family-focused approach
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Permanent Part-Time position for weekends only with large provider.
- Weekend Rates: Saturday $84-86/hr & Sunday $98-100/hr + Super depending on years’ experience
