Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse looking for a leadership opportunity in aged care?
We’re seeking a  Clinical Nurse  to join a supportive and values-driven team in Toowoomba. This is a  full-time position,  with a leading provider that genuinely values its staff and residents.

• Full-time role with AM shifts from Sunday-Thursday
• Competitive rates: $52-55 + Super (hourly rate based on experience)

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, including managing complex needs, wound care, dementia, and palliative care
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to nurses and care staff
• Conduct assessments, develop and review individualised care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred care
• Champion continuous improvement, risk management, and a safe, respectful workplace culture

• Current  AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably in aged care
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident- and family-focused approach
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
