Clinical Nurse (NDIS) - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Summary
Are you a seasoned clinical nurse experienced in disability/NDIS services? Do you want to take on a leadership role where your clinical expertise will inform operations, service quality, and resident-outcomes? We have a unique opportunity to join a leading not-for-profit disability service offering Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in the Brisbane region. This is an expression of interest for motivated RNs or Midwives who bring both clinical and operational experience in NDIS / SDA settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of SDA services within the NDIS operating environment.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure daily service delivery meets resident needs and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (including RNs, Disability Support Workers, allied health providers).
- Drive continuous quality improvement: monitor and report on service KPIs, outcomes, and resident experience.
- Ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission, Human Services Quality Framework, and organisational policies.
- Partner with stakeholders (families, allied health, external providers) to deliver exceptional resident-centred care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Midwife with current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated experience in disability or SDA services / NDIS operational environments.
- Proven leadership of clinical or multidisciplinary teams, including supervision and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, SDA guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Current driver’s licence and ability to work across sites in the Brisbane region.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and proof of vaccinations as required.
