As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the home’s clinical leadership - guiding, supporting, and inspiring your team to deliver truly person-centred care every day. You’ll work closely with nurses, carers, residents, and families to ensure every individual feels respected, heard, and cared for with genuine compassion.
Your leadership will focus on creating a positive, inclusive environment where your team feels empowered to grow, share ideas, and take pride in the care they provide. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards - driving quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, and leading by example in every aspect of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support nursing and care staff, building a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Partner with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care plans.
- Manage staffing, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct audits and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Respond to resident and family feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential).
- Proven leadership experience in aged care as a Clinical Services Manager or similar within large aged care facilities.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to leadership, problem-solving, and supporting your team.
- Post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or leadership (desirable).
