Facility Manager – 4–8 Week Contract (View to Permanency)

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership position with a respected aged care organisation. As Facility Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing facility, ensuring excellence across clinical care, compliance, team leadership, and resident wellbeing. If you’re passionate about aged care and want to lead a team that values compassion, quality, and continuous improvement – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all operational aspects of the aged care home, ensuring compliance with accreditation and industry standards
  • Inspire and support a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain smooth, cost-effective operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives, while maintaining high resident and staff satisfaction
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders to ensure open, transparent communication
  • Monitor and uphold quality systems to ensure best practice and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse(Essential)
  • Experience in leading an aged care facility with strong operational and clinical oversight
  • Solid understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks
  • Leadership skills that foster team development, engagement, and high performance
  • A genuine passion for aged care and delivering person-centred services
