Lead with impact in a residential aged care home!
We’re looking for an experienced Facility Manager
to take charge of a medium-sized Residential Aged Care facility
on the Gold Coast.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and company directors, helping shape the future of the facility while leading a supportive clinical care team
committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

- Aged Care Leadership Experience – Minimum two years in a similar role.
- AHPRA Registration – Preferred but not essential.
- Strong Leadership Skills – Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop your team.
- Financial & Compliance Knowledge – Experience managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Dementia Care Expertise – Understanding of best practices in dementia care.
- Excellent Communication – Ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
