We’re looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take charge of a medium-sized Residential Aged Care facility on the Gold Coast.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and company directors, helping shape the future of the facility while leading a supportive clinical care team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

Your Role As Facility Manager, you will:
  • Lead and mentor a passionate team to provide high-quality resident care.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all aged care regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Aged Care Leadership Experience – Minimum two years in a similar role.
  • AHPRA Registration – Preferred but not essential.
  • Strong Leadership Skills – Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop your team.
  • Financial & Compliance Knowledge – Experience managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Dementia Care Expertise – Understanding of best practices in dementia care.
  • Excellent Communication – Ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
