Regional Services Manager – Community Aged Care | Toowoomba
We’re partnering with a respected not-for-profit aged care provider to find a dynamic and experienced Regional Services Manager
to oversee their community aged care operations in Toowoomba.
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role
responsible for managing service delivery across multiple sites, supporting local teams, and ensuring excellence in client outcomes under the Home Care Packages and CHSP programs.
About the Role:
As Regional Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational success and service quality across a broad geographical footprint. You will support a team of Case Managers, Community Support Staff, and Coordinators, ensuring services are aligned with aged care standards, funding requirements, and the organisation’s values.
With the upcoming transition to the new Support at Home Program (July 2025), this role will also play a key part in leading change and innovation across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to local service delivery teams across multiple locations
- Drive compliance with aged care legislation, funding guidelines, and quality standards
- Oversee performance and professional development of regional staff
- Ensure consumer goals are achieved through wellness and reablement approaches
- Collaborate with executive leadership and contribute to strategic planning and service growth
- Lead change initiatives, including preparation for the Support at Home reform
- 5 days in the office in Toowoomba with some travel included
- Strong operational leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services
- In-depth knowledge of Home Care Packages, CHSP, and upcoming reforms
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and service locations
- Relevant qualifications in health, community services, or management
- High-level communication, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across South East and South West QLD
