About the Role:
Step into a senior leadership role with one of Australia’s most well renowned providers as Facility Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a well-performing facility. This is your chance to lead with purpose-driving excellence in care delivery, compliance, team development, and resident wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full operational function of the aged care home, ensuring adherence to industry legislation and accreditation standards
  • Provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
  • Oversee budgets, rosters, and resource planning to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction
  • Build collaborative relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and responsive care
  • Implement, monitor, and review quality systems to maintain compliance and promote best practice care
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration ( Not Essential).
  • Qualifications in Healthcare, Management or Finances ( Not Essentia l).
  • Proven experience in managing an Aged Care facility, with strong operational and leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance
  • A strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence change
  • Passionate about aged care, quality service delivery, and team development.
