Step into a senior leadership role with one of Australia’s most well renowned providers as Facility Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a well-performing facility. This is your chance to lead with purpose-driving excellence in care delivery, compliance, team development, and resident wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full operational function of the aged care home, ensuring adherence to industry legislation and accreditation standards
- Provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
- Oversee budgets, rosters, and resource planning to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction
- Build collaborative relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and responsive care
- Implement, monitor, and review quality systems to maintain compliance and promote best practice care
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration ( Not Essential).
- Qualifications in Healthcare, Management or Finances ( Not Essentia l).
- Proven experience in managing an Aged Care facility, with strong operational and leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance
- A strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence change
- Passionate about aged care, quality service delivery, and team development.
