We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to lead a supportive and high-performing team at a medium-sized residential aged care facility. This permanent role is open to candidates from both clinical (RN) and non-clinical backgrounds, with full clinical governance support available if needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, rostering, and budget management.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care and support to residents, maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Work closely with Clinical Managers and interdisciplinary teams to oversee care planning, clinical governance, and operational workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and quality assurance activities.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that values collaboration, professional development, and person-centred care.
- Oversee resident admissions, eligibility, and engagement with families to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Proven leadership experience in residential aged care or related healthcare/operational settings within Australia.
- Clinical background (RN) preferred but not essential; candidates from non-clinical backgrounds with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, staff, and operations in a regulated environment.
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Nursing, Business, or Aged Care leadership) or equivalent experience.
- Queensland Driver’s Licence and valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or Police Check.
- Competitive salary $135k–$150k + superannuation and salary packaging.
- Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 for the right candidate.
