Facility Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager
to lead a supportive, high-performing team in a medium-sized aged care home. This permanent position is open to both clinical (RN)
and non-clinical leaders, with full clinical governance support
available.
You’ll be empowered to drive service excellence, nurture staff development, and uphold the highest standards of resident care and compliance.
- This is a great opportunity for someone to oversee a medium sized home in regional Queensland with a supportive and established provider.
- Lead a medium sized facility and benefit from an exceptional salary package of $125,000-135,000 + Super & Salary Packaging.
- Relocation allowance and accommodation support provided (within Australia)
Summary:
Step into a senior leadership role with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider, overseeing a medium-sized residential facility in the South Burnett region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including staffing, rostering, budgets, and occupancy management
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Partner with Clinical Managers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and quality assurance programs
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability, and empathy
- Manage resident admissions, eligibility, and family engagement with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in residential aged care or related health/operational environments
- Clinical background (RN) preferred but not essential – strong leadership is key
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, compliance, and multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Nursing, Business, or Aged Care Leadership) or equivalent experience
- Current Queensland Driver’s Licence and valid NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check
Benefits:
- Salary: $135k–$150k + super + salary packaging benefits
- Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000 for the right candidate
