NDIS Manager
As NDIS Manager, you will oversee the operations of SDA services across two Sunshine Coast facilities. Your leadership will ensure compliance, high-quality care, and continuous improvement, while supporting a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily operations of SDA services, delivering high-quality, resident-focused care.
- No clinical registration required - focus on leadership, management, and NDIS operational expertise.
- Salary: $50-53/hour (negotiable based on experience) + super + NFP salary packaging.
Summary
As NDIS Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of SDA services, ensuring excellence in resident care and service delivery. Your leadership will drive continuous quality improvement and influence the ongoing development of the service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of SDA services across two sites.
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Disability Support Workers, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Human Services Quality Framework, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and organisational policies.
- Liaise with external allied health providers to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and reporting to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Drive initiatives to enhance resident experience and deliver continuous quality improvements.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and values-driven team culture.
- Travel between Alexandra Headland and Noosa Heads sites as required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with AHPRA registration.
- Proven experience managing services for people with disabilities or complex care needs.
- Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including HR and performance management experience.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Current driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and proof of vaccination.
- Alignment with organisational values and ethical leadership behaviours.
