🏡  The Opportunity

As the Facility Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-sized residential aged care facility. You’ll lead and support a well-established team and play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance.

• Full-time, permanent position

• Report to an experienced Regional Manager within a reputable, not-for-profit organisation

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager in aged care
• Great knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• AHPRA registration (essential) - Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
