Summary

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunity has become available for experienced and passionate Quality and Education Manager’s to join a leading aged care provider, supporting a well-established residential home in regional Victoria. This role is pivotal in driving continuous quality improvement, leading education initiatives, and ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values excellence, integrity, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality and compliance systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct audits, manage accreditation processes, and support service improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and facilitate education and training programs for staff to promote best clinical and operational practice.
  • Support the Home Manager in embedding a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge or compliance and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential).
  • Previous experience in a similar Quality or Clinical Education leadership role within the aged care sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process.
  • Proven ability to lead change, influence staff, and promote a culture of quality and safety.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering staff training and education programs.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous professional development.
