About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment. Your expertise will ensure residents receive the best possible care, enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Excellence:
Provide person-centered nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and clinical assessments.
• Resident Advocacy:
Promote the well-being, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Team Collaboration:
Work closely with carers, allied health professionals, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Adhere to accreditation standards and aged care regulations, ensuring best practices.
• Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your clinical skills.
About You:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

At least 1 year experience in aged care or similar.
•
Able and willing to work night shifts (but other shifts available too)
• Must be able to commit to 3-4 shifts or more per week
