Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in aged care? We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join a well-regarded aged care provider at a medium-sized facility in rural Queensland.
About the Role:
This position offers an excellent opportunity for Registered Nurses to contribute to the care and wellbeing of residents in a supportive, team-focused environment. You will deliver high-quality clinical care while working collaboratively with an experienced care team. Shifts can be choosen for AM or PM to ensure consistent care delivery.

- Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide clinical assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best care outcomes
- Supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical governance standards
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care or similar clinical setting (preferred but not essential) - at least 1 year
- Ability to work across AMor PM shifts as required
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
