About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with E4 Healthcare, you’ll be working casual shifts across aged care facilities in the Murray River area. You’ll be a vital part of the clinical care team, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care while supporting and mentoring care staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality clinical care to aged care residents
- Performing assessments, managing care plans, and updating documentation
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Leading and supporting Personal Care Workers during your shift
- Ensuring all care provided meets AHPRA and aged care compliance standards
- Communicating with residents, families, and allied health professionals
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months of experience in an aged care or clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new environments
- Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months)
- COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health directives)
