We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a supportive and values-driven team in the Bundaberg region. This is a permanent part-time opportunity on night shifts with a respected aged care provider that genuinely values its staff, residents, and community.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans and clinical standards
• Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and respond to changes in residents’ wellbeing
• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to care staff during overnight shifts
• Liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control, and facility policies
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life and palliative care where required
• Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RN in aged care in Australia (essential)
• Previous night duty or PM shift experience (desirable)
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Sound knowledge of aged care standards, medication management, and infection control
