• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with clinical standards and care plans
• Conduct assessments, plan and evaluate care, and monitor residents’ wellbeing
• Safely administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, fostering best practice
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards and infection control procedures
• Support residents with end-of-life care delivered with compassion and dignity
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes
• Participate in reviews, handovers, and case conferences to ensure seamless care delivery
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
• 2+ years of aged care RN experience in Australia(required)
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team focus
• Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and respectful of resident dignity
