• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, monitoring changes in health and wellbeing
• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support for best practice
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with aged care regulations, quality standards, and infection control
• Support residents with dignity during end-of-life care
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes
• Participate in resident care reviews, handovers, and case conferences
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Current  AHPRA Registration  as a Registered Nurse (required)
• 1+ years of aged care RN experience in Australia   (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team focus
• Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and respectful of resident dignity
