We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a supportive aged care team and deliver exceptional, person-centred care. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, contribute to high clinical standards, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and develop tailored care plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and preferences.
- Deliver hands-on, compassionate care, ensuring residents feel valued, supported, and respected every day.
- Safely prepare and administer medications and treatments, upholding best-practice clinical standards.
- Closely monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, responding proactively to any changes or concerns.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering open communication and teamwork.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation to support continuity and quality of care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality clinical care.
- Proven clinical expertise and sound decision-making skills, with a strong focus on safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach, ensuring dignity, respect, and personalised care are at the heart of everything you do.
- Minimum of three years’ nursing experience, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic aged care environment.
