- Lead a small-medium sized facility and benefit from an exceptional salary package of $140,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation & Salary Packaging.
Step into a senior leadership role with a highly regarded aged care provider as Residential Aged Care Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential home in Melbourn’s eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete operational management of the aged care home, ensuring full compliance with industry legislation and accreditation requirements.
- Provide inspiring leadership to a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
- Manage budgets, rosters, and resource allocation to maintain financial sustainability and optimise operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders to deliver transparent and responsive care.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate quality systems to ensure compliance and uphold best practice standards in care delivery.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Essential)
- Qualifications in Healthcare, Management, or Finance ( desirable).
- Demonstrated experience managing an aged care facility, with strong operational and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire, and drive positive change.
