• Support executive management by acting in their role during periods of leave, gaining firsthand leadership experience.
• Lead a small, independent facility and benefit from an exceptional salary package of $135,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation & Salary Packaging.

• Maintain adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous quality assurance.
• Oversee day-to-day management, strategic planning, and financial oversight to ensure effective, sustainable, and high-quality service delivery.
• Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team, encouraging professional development, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in care.
• Develop strong connections with residents, families, and the broader community, encouraging open communication and a supportive, inclusive environment.
• Spearhead the delivery of high standards of resident-focused care, ensuring dignity, compassion, and personalised support are at the centre of all services.
• Implement initiatives that strengthen service quality and best practice, ensuring ongoing progress and positive outcomes for residents.

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least three years of operational leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Additional tertiary qualifications in management or a related field are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team, with a focus on service quality, compliance, and resident wellbeing.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and funding frameworks such as AN-ACC.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight to ensure sustainable operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with different cultures. 
• Full Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa).
