Got a burning question you want answered?

Here's a few we get asked alot...

  • 1. I do not have evidence of my visa. Can I provide a VEVO check instead?

If you don't have evidence of your visa, a VEVO check can be used as an alternative, but this will need to be completed internally by a member of the compliance team. You will need to provide a copy of the passport linked to your current visa.

  • 2. My Australian passport has expired. Can I use this as evidence of working rights?

An expired Australian passport can serve as identification in certain situations, but it cannot be used as proof of your current working rights. If you intend to use your passport as evidence of working rights, you will need to apply for a new one.
