What does the package include?


  • Connecting leaders with industry experts: by linking leaders with seasoned industry experts who prioritise their success, the program ensures that they receive guidance and insights from those with valuable experience.
  • Providing mentorship sessions: through personalised mentoring sessions, leaders can contextualise their new roles, set themselves up for success in team engagement and leadership, conduct effective 1-2-1s with direct reports, and anticipate their work preferences in alignment with their deliverables for the crucial first 100 days, setting them up for success.

- For care managers: Clinical Management and Governance Essentials Masterclass

- For General/Service Managers: Compliance Essentials: Key Personnel

What's the purpose?
